Ronald McDonald House Receives Gifts From Various Donors
posted December 8, 2010

Chattanooga-based 3 H Group Hotels recently made a donation of canned goods and other food items to Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House. Bob Dollinger, director of operations and Lindsay Sempsrott, guest services manager delivered the items valued at more than $500. The hotel group manager says their entire staff participated in collecting non-perishable items from the Ronald McDonald House Wish List.

The food drive effort came after Ms. Sempsrott, who has served as a volunteer with Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House for 10 years, encouraged her company to make a donation on behalf of the families at Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House.

Girl Scout Troop members from East Ridge and East Brainerd also recently visited Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House. The girls brought donations of food and household items and also helped with House chores. Each and every day, 26 families call the Ronald McDonald House their “home away from home” while their children are receiving critical care at local hospitals.
